Users are often interested in answers to vaguely defined questions that. are nat,ural for human but. inconvenient for the machine. The traditional query languages manage binary queries only. In t,his paper we suggest how to construct fuzzy queries t,hat apply to random data. We reach our goal by combining fuzzy query wit,h a suitable stat.ist.ica1 test. for fuzzy hypotheses.
